Booking Terms and Conditions
Spaces in each age group are limited therefore bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.
Receipt of the booking form does not guarantee your child(ren)'s place on the course(s). You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted.
All course fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
All Planet Sport coaches are approved and police checked through the criminal records bureau.
Planet Sport does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects.
Planet Sport will take responsibility of your child ten minutes prior to the commencement of the course. Please ensure that each participant is personally checked in and out with a Planet Sport member of staff unless prior written permission has been received by Planet Sport from the parent/guardian.
Planet Sport reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In the event of which, either a refund will be given or an alternative session will be offered in lieu.
Planet Sport reserves the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate.
On occasions, Planet Sport or their representative may take group photographs for Planet Sport promotional purposes only.
